Banyak hal yang diupayakan seorang desainer untuk dapat menarik perhatian dunia mode. Dari hal kecil, background music, hingga pemilihan venue tak luput dari perhatian untuk mempersembahkan karya milik-nya. Seperti Louis Vuitton, pagelaran mode yang dipersembahkan-nya tak seperti pertunjukkan pada umum-nya. Koleksi Cruise 2017-nya ini dipresentasikan di sebuah gedung unik, The Niterói Contemporary Art Museum, dengan backdrop samudera Atlantik yang megah.

Kunjungan sang creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, ke negara Brazil telah melahirkan inspirasi baru untuk menciptakan koleksi kali ini. Maka itu, nuansa negara festive tersebut tak hanya terasa lewat koleksi, namun juga dari lokasi. Setiap pieces yang dipersembahkan seakan melantangkan vibes yang sporty, yang terlihat dari siluet dan bahan yang digunakan, seperti parachute material jacket, basketball pants dengan aksen garis merah pada sisi-nya, serta neoprene sneakers. Tropical color scheme dengan gaya color-blocking mewarnai setiap pakaian yang ditampilkan. Everything looks bold and fun! Bahkan tas ikonik mereka, Speedy dan Petite Male di-revamped sehingga menampilkan jiwa kota Rio de Janeiro yang dinamis dan tropis.
